A great selection of fabulous food for meals. Well-equipped and nicely furnished rooms with water kettle as well as a modern design, such wonderful stay! Unbeatable location close to U-Bahn, in the new area. A charming small and modern hotel, my first choice in Munich.

The hotel was in a perfect and marvellous position very close to the metro station, which is in area A, so in the center and U6 Metro line which is quite frequent. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, I would stay again and again.

Clean hotel, very polite and welcoming employees during the night shift. Great-sized rooms provided with water kettle, heating system plus microwave and fridge. Fresh decoration in the rooms, excellant location.

The location for Munich was particularly good, very close to other attractions, Munich for a city trip and Autobahn and U-Bahn station. Furthermore, to the city centre on the U-Ban...

During my stay at The Niu, I experienced a minor hiccup with the heating system in my room. However, the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue and made sure the heating was working properly. Their prompt response and willingness to fix the problem impressed me.

The room is good-sized with water kettle, which were both equipped in the niu Leo Nuremberg plus heating system. The location is marvellous, in front of a subway station.

It became my favourite place to stay in Munich. Loved my 4 nights stay...

Well furnished room, very comfy beds and outstandingly accommodating stuff during the night shift. A bathtub in the bathroom. Absolutely perfect, magnificent location a bit far from the city center.

The hotel is wonderful small and quirky with nice personnel during the night shift. The rooms are good sized and nicely furnished, with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was clean. The location of the property in Munich is good, short walk to a bus stop, The next subway station and buses or taxis. 1 mi away there is Mcdonald's, serving quick meals👌

We loved staying here, it's modern and quaint hotel with welcoming staff during the night shift. The location of the venue was favourable, close to public transport.

Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! Loved the clean and modern decor. The location was also super convenient, with a subway station nearby that made getting around a breeze. The best part was getting free drinks at the bar because we opted to skip daily room cleaning and instead donate to a charity. We also got to take home a plant for emotional support!

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow and annoying to sign into. Plus, the breakfast was basic and expensive.

The position of the hotel was particularly good, straight to the city center.

Spent Easter at this hotel and it was amazing! the staff was very helpful, offering complimentary amenities such as a photo studio and drink vouchers for skipping housekeeping. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station and close to many restaurants and shops.

The cleanliness of the room. We noticed debris on the floor and some dirt marks on the walls.

The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the basics I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away, providing easy access to the city center. great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
